Firefox was extremely and artificially overrated. If one looks carefully he can see that there’s way more advertising for Firefox than proven performance. Firefox was meant to be the Robin Hood of browsers but it’s not – it lacks performance comparing to the other browsers and yet it is used a lot because of this global conspiracy against Internet Explorer. People were brainwashed and determined to use Firefox “for free”. Well, like anything in this world, it is not free. You pay the price of letting yourself manipulated and pulling out hairs with ‘Firefox Not Responding’ or looking at Firefox sucking up ALL of your memory.
Anyone should stop for a moment and think: ‘WHY do I use Firefox?’
The answer will be a shock for most of the people. People mostly use Firefox because they subscribed to a global fight against something. Against Internet Explore, against paid software etc… Some knowing what they’re doing some not.
But WHAT should we use if we want a reliable browser??
I mentioned above about paying prices. I understand Firefox is a free/open source software and you don’t have to pay for it. There are thousands alike. But how many of these get to have this aggressive advertising campaign? Who’s paying and who’s cashing? Think about it!
People, get real and stop thinking Firefox is a myth. It is not.
